All prescription medications are issued only following an online clinical consultation reviewed and approved by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or a registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically.
Our clinical team may request additional information, decline to issue a prescription, or recommend that you consult your GP. We do not issue prescriptions solely on the basis of patient request.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use exclusively with Pharmacy Weight Loss Stockport unless otherwise stated. We do not supply prescriptions for use at third-party pharmacies.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed immediately upon checkout. If your consultation is declined and no prescription is issued, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has commenced.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via tracked courier to your specified UK address. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Whilst we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To cancel or query an order, please contact us at the details provided on our website as soon as possible. We will always aim to assist where we reasonably can.
